Being introduced to the design/build world at the age of 14, alongside his brother and father, Shane quickly developed a passion for architecture, aesthetic design, and functionality. He received his Associates Degree in Architecture from the University of New Hampshire, then went on to earn his Bachelor of Science and Masters Degrees in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts. Throughout his college years, he continued to work on all aspects of the building process, being part of the design team at his Northeastern University internship and also working alongside his father on building projects. After graduating from WIT, Shane worked for a NH architecture firm specializing in high end seacoast homes for five years. During that time, he worked side by side with the lead architect/owner through all phases of the design process, where he further developed his skills of working drawings, designs, and managing projects.
Shane's passion to design and build beautiful residences, while providing clients with the highest level of value, architectural authenticity and craftsmanship, led him to create Brothers Design-Build with his brother. He believes the quality of Brothers Design-Build lies in the cohesiveness of blending the design elements and the construction details. Shane has been part of the design process on many custom homes and renovation projects, which allows him to envision, design and build a client's vision. He is committed to creating a one-of-a-kind, timeless design for your project or residence, maintaining integrity in every aspect of the process.

Corey Stilson
With over twenty years of experience in the residential construction industry, Corey Stilson has developed a love for quality design and attention to detail. He oversees the progress of each construction project, including quality control, project schedules of subcontractors and materials, and financial accountability. Corey is actively involved in all phases of the projects, from initial construction planning, throughout all phases of building, leading to final completion. Over the years, he has worked under several master builders, giving him the knowledge and tools to build his own craftsmanship with a keen eye on precision and function. He knows the construction industry very well and will lead your dream project with careful attention to detail.
Corey's idea of a successful project is when quality is not sacrificed in scheduling or budget, but instead scheduling a project strategically so budget allows for quality to create a project that surpasses the owner’s expectations.
