Brothers Design-Build was born out of a family of quality builders and craftsmen.  For over twenty years, we have gained knowledge and training from our father, a master craftsman.  We traveled to Hawaii, Washington and Oregon to build high-end, quality homes as our introduction to design/build at a very early age.  From there, we have only grown in our expertise and knowledge, including a Masters degree in Architecture.  Our vision for our company is in keeping with the same quality, perfection, and integrity we have brought to each project, and surpass our client's expectations.

 

Process

Because of our collaborative design/build approach, our clients are able to save time and money.  We work together to make the process simpler, avoiding conflicts that embody conventional projects with separate design and build companies.  During the design phase of your project, Brothers Design-Build will develop plans, rendering with 3-D modeling software so that you may visualize your dream.  At this point, we sit down with the client to go over the design, make changes where needed, and collaborate on what works for scheduling and budget projections.  During the construction phase of your project, we discuss your material selections and deadline expectations for the final product.

 

In creating the design as well as managing the construction of the project, Brothers Design-Build is able to quickly evaluate design costs, architectural cohesiveness, structure, and client's input, assuring a smooth transition through preparation of design documents to breaking ground.  We not only report projected costs, but also manage the building progress to meet the client's budget and deadlines.  We ensure that work is progressing in accordance with the schedule, decisions are being communicated with the client in a timely manner, and our client's needs are being met.
